Eriocaulon Cinereum
✅These are already in their 💯% aquatic forms - will NOT melt when added to your tank
Eriocaulon Cinereum, also known as the Erio Cinereum or Eriocaulon 'Polaris', is a rare and delicate pipewort plant prized by aquascapers for its unique, almost hedgehog-like appearance. This miniature, slow-growing plant features very narrow, almost thread-like leaves that form a soft cushion.
Despite its delicate looks, it's surprisingly adaptable to medium-hard water conditions, although softer water promotes even better health. However, it does require intense lighting and CO2 injection to thrive, making it ideal for experienced hobbyists with well-established, high-tech planted tanks.
When properly cared for, it produces numerous delicate flower stems, adding an extra touch of whimsy to the underwater world.
Ease level: moderate or experienced
Size: 1-3 inches in height
Likes: high lighting
Does not require CO2 injection, but it will thrive better with CO2
Placement: foreground
PH: 4.5-7.0
Quantity: one plant
